Preparation
In a bowl, mix the milk and eggs and beat with a fork.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat until it bubbles.
Add a little salt to the egg mixture and pour on the pan.
As soon as the egg is cooked, raise the temperature to high.
With a spatula or wooden spoon, fold the eggs over themselves.
As soon as there is almost no running liquid from the egg, turn off the heat and serve on the plates.
