  • 1 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sliced, for the mushroom bread
  • 6 slices artisan bread roll
  • 1/4 cups cashews
  • olive oil, to brown the vegetables and the bread

  • 3 cups Danone® Sugar Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup double cream cheese, crumbled

  • 2 avocados, sliced, for the avocado bread
  • kale, fried, for the avocado bread
  • parsley, for the mushroom bread
  • olive oil, for accompaniment

  • Place the tomatoes and the mushroom mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then, place the walnuts and the bread on another baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil on both baking sheets. On the vegetable baking sheet, add salt, pepper, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. On the other hand, bake the bread and walnuts at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the Danone® unsweetened Greek Yogurt, garlic powder, double cream cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Reserve in the refrigerator.
