1 cup black beans, whole, cooked and without broth
1/2 cups guacamole
1/4 cups sour cream, vegan
salt and pepper
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

In a pan, place the pitas to heat them on both sides.
Remove from the pan when they are slightly golden and spread a little guacamole, add beans, a touch of sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
