Toasted Pitas with Guacamole and Black Beans

Try this delicious and rich vegan breakfast, some pitas with avocado and black beans with a touch of vegan acid cream that will conquer your palate. It is a very good source of protein and fat beneficial to the body. Prepare them, you will not regret it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 pita breads, integral
  • 1 cup black bean, whole, cooked and without broth
  • 1/2 cups guacamole
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, vegan
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped

Preparation

In a pan place the pitas so that they heat on both sides.
Remove from the pan when they are a little browned and add a little guacamole, add beans, a touch of sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Add some chopped coriander and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve two pitas in one serving.

TIPS

You can add a bit of chopped serrano pepper or sauce to taste.
