Tropical Bowl with Chía and Almonds

This tricolor bowl is also nutritious, very colorful and rich because it is made with yoghurt of different flavors. Three flavors in a single preparation with all the benefits of chia and almonds and an interesting combination of fruits. Prepare it!

  • 2 Oikos® nut yoghurt, 150 gc / u
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons cashews, chopped
  • 1 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 g
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 Oikos® blueberry yogurt, 150 g
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons almonds, fillets and toast to decorate

  • In a bowl, mix the Nut Oikos® Yoghurt with the chia and walnut. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until it hydrates.
  • Meanwhile, liquefy Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with mango and orange zest. Reservation.
  • In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Blueberry Yoghurt with the blueberries.
  • Serve the three combinations of yoghurt in bowls, taking care to see the separation of colors. Garnish with toasted almonds, mango and blueberries.
