Tropical Bowl with Chia and Almonds

This tricolor bowl is not only nutritious but also very colorful and delicious because it is made with yogurt of different flavors. Three flavors in one preparation with all the benefits of chia and almonds and an interesting combination of fruits. Prepare it!

  • 2 Oikos® nut yoghurt, 150 g each
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons cashews, chopped
  • 1 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 g
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 Oikos® blueberry yogurt, 150 g
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons almonds, sliced and toasted for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Walnut Yogurt with the chia and the walnut. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until it hydrates.
  • Meanwhile, blend the Oikos® Natural Yogurt with the mango and orange zest. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Blueberry Yogurt with the blueberries.
  • Serve the three yogurt combinations in bowls, ensuring that the color separation is visible. Decorate with toasted almonds, mango, and blueberries.
