Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 Nut yoghurt Oikos®, 150 gc / u
  • 2 tablespoons chia
  • 4 tablespoons cashews, chopped
  • 1 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®, 150 g
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 Blueberry Yoghurt Oikos®, 150 g
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry
  • 4 tablespoons almond, fillets and toast to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the Nut Oikos® Yoghurt with the chia and walnut. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until it hydrates.
Meanwhile, liquefy Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with mango and orange zest. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Blueberry Yoghurt with the blueberries.
Serve the three combinations of yoghurt in bowls, taking care to see the separation of colors. Garnish with toasted almonds, mango and blueberries.

PRESENTATION

Serve in bowls or cups so that the layers are visible.
