Tropical fruit salad

Delicious combination of tropical fruits accompanied by mint and honey. It contains vitamin C and is ideal for hot days.

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 star fruit
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, caramelized
  • 6 leaves spearmint
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, and Mazola soy
  • 1 banana

  • For the dressing: Crush the mint leaves in a mortar or molcajete, then mix with Mazola Olive and Soy oil, vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, and honey. Set aside.
  • Peel and slice the oranges, star fruit, kiwi, and mango. Set aside.
  • Peel and slice the banana and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
