1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla, 50% less fat
1/2 onions
3 tomatoes
2 serrano chiles
3 cans tuna
1/2 limes, its juice
sea salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
150 grams panela cheese

Finely chop the onion.
Cut the tomato and chili into small cubes.
Place the drained tuna in a bowl and incorporate the chopped vegetables, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Add the cilantro and mix until combined.
Cut the panela cheese into slices.
Heat a tortilla with 50% less fat, place the panela cheese and the tuna mixture, and fold it into a quesadilla. Serve hot.
