1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla, 50% less fat
1/2 onions
3 tomatoes
2 serrano chiles
3 cans tuna
1/2 limes, its juice
sea salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
150 grams panela cheese
Preparation

Chop the onion finely.
Cut the tomato and the chili into squares.
Place the drained tuna in a bowl and add the chopped vegetables, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Add the coriander and mix until integrated.
Cut the panela cheese into slices.
Heat a 50% less fat tortillina, place the panela cheese and the tuna mixture and fold it into a quesadilla. Serve hot.
