Tuna Quesadilla

The tuna quesadilla with pico de gallo and panela cheese is spectacular. It's made with a delicious flour tortilla; you won't believe how tasty it is. It's a traditional Mexican dish.

  • 1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla, 50% less fat
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1/2 limes, its juice
  • sea ​​salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 150 grams panela cheese

  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Cut the tomato and chili into small cubes.
  • Place the drained tuna in a bowl and incorporate the chopped vegetables, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cilantro and mix until combined.
  • Cut the panela cheese into slices.
  • Heat a tortilla with 50% less fat, place the panela cheese and the tuna mixture, and fold it into a quesadilla. Serve hot.
