Vanilla Pancake

Delicious pancake; perfect for enjoying with family and very easy to make. Treat your family to the delightful flavor of vanilla. Pair it with a glass of milk or a hot coffee.

  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups flour

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, mix well until the batter is neither too runny nor too thick.
  • In a pre-greased non-stick skillet, pour the mixture.
  • When it looks cooked on the bottom (with lots of bubbles), flip the pancake and when it's perfectly cooked, serve.
