Delicious pancake; perfect to enjoy as a family and also very easy to do. Consume your family with the delicious taste of vanilla. Accompany it with a glass of milk or a hot coffee.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups flour

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, mix well until there is a dough neither very liquid nor very thick.
In a Teflon pan, previously waxed, pour the mixture.
When it is cooked on the bottom (with many bubbles), turn the pancake and when it is perfectly cooked, serve.

TIPS

Serve hot, add maple syrup, butter, chocolate fudge or cinnamon.
