1 cup white mushroom, sliced
1/4 cups green beans, blanched
1/4 cups red bell pepper, cut into julienne
1/4 cups chia seeds, rehydrated
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/4 cups green onion, scallions, cut into rings

Preheat the oven to 180° C
In a bowl, mix the eggs, mushrooms, green beans, red bell pepper, and chia, seasoning to your taste.
In a greased skillet, add the mixture and bake for 20 minutes covered.
Remove from the oven, cut, and enjoy.
