This delicious breakfast is very complete to start your daily diet. This delicious frittata is accompanied by mushrooms, red pepper, green beans and a touch of onion rings, very nutritious and complete to start the day.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup egg white
  • 1 cup white mushroom, filleted
  • 1/4 cups green bean, bleached
  • 1/4 cups red pepper, cut in julienne
  • 1/4 cups chia seed, hydrated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups young green onion, cambray, cut in aritos

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
In a bowl mix the eggs, the mushrooms, the green beans, the red pepper and the chia season to your liking.
In a greased pan add the mixture and bake for 20 minutes covered.
Remove from the short oven and enjoy.
