Ingredients

4 servings

  • 1 Cup of fresh mushroom filleted
  • 1/4 of Cup of green bean bleached
  • 1/4 of Cup of Red bell pepper cut in julienne
  • 1/4 of Cup of chia hydrated
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of green onion cambray, cut in aritos

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
