Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup egg white
  • 1 cup fresh mushroom, filleted
  • 1/4 cups green bean, bleached
  • 1/4 cups red pepper, cut in julienne
  • 1/4 cups chia, hydrated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups green onion, cambray, cut in aritos

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
In a bowl mix the eggs, the mushrooms, the green beans, the red pepper and the chia season to your liking.
