12 corn tortillas
400 grams tofu
2 glasses vegetable broth
green salsas
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon oregano
4 cloves garlic
300 grams cheddar cheese
100 grams Parmesan cheese
1 glass clotted cream, for cooking
3 chives, green onions
chiles, some pickled chiles
canola oil
table salt

Cut the tortillas into strips, place them on the baking tray, and bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Cut the tofu into cubes and arrange a layer in a medium clay dish.
Smash the garlic and chop the cilantro.
Sprinkle the garlic and cilantro over the tofu along with the cumin, oregano, half of the sauce, and a layer of grated Cheddar cheese.
Layer again until all ingredients are used up.
Cover the dish with the tortilla strips.
Pour the broth over the dish.
Finish grating the Cheddar cheese over the tortillas and add the grated Parmesan.
Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden.
Serve with whipped cream in one bowl, chopped green onions in another, and drained chiles on the side.
