Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 400 grams tofu
  • 2 glasses Vegetables soup
  • green sauces
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams Parmesan
  • 1 glass cream, to cook
  • 3 chives, chives
  • chili peppers, some pickled chilies
  • canola oils
  • table salt

Preparation

Cut the tortillas into strips, place them on the baking tray and bake at 200 degrees in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Cut the tofo into cubes and arrange a layer in a medium clay dish.
Crush the garlic and chop the cilantro.
Sprinkle the garlic and cilantro over the top with the cumin, oregano, half the sauce and a layer of grated Cheddar cheese.
Assemble another layer until the ingredients are finished.
Cover the dish with the tortilla strips.
Pour the broth over the source.
Finish shredding the Cheddar cheese over the tortillas and add the grated Parmesan.
Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees about 20 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
Serve with whipped cream in one bowl, chopped chives in another and drained chiles to accompany.
