Waffles

This delicious waffle recipe turns out tasty and fluffy. It's ideal for a family breakfast.

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 3/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 egg whites

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg yolks slightly and add the milk and oil. Stir and add the mixture to the mixed flour. Stir until well combined.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gradually fold the egg whites into the previous mixture with gentle movements (do not overmix).
  • Place 1 cup of the mixture in the greased waffle maker and close the lid quickly. Cook until done.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture.
