Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl beat the egg yolks a little and add the milk and oil. Stir and add the mixture to the mixed flour. Stir until well blended.
In another bowl, whisk egg whites until nougat point.
Gradually add the egg whites to the previous mixture with enveloping movements (do not beat over).
Put 1 cup of the mixture in the oiled waffle maker and close the lid quickly. Cook until ready.
Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

TIPS

For an easier version of these waffles, do not separate the eggs. When you add the yolks, add the whole eggs.
