Dorayaki

The classic Japanese cake. A delicious cake similar to pancakes with melted chocolate inside.

  • 200 flour
  • 120 sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 honey
  • 120 water
  • 1 pinch yeast
  • 50 chocolates
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Mix the eggs with the sugar. Gradually add the flour and water to that mixture (to avoid forming a paste). Add the honey and baking powder.
  • Prepare a small pan, greasing it with oil or butter. Place a little batter and when it is cooked, flip it over to cook on both sides.
  • Make a sandwich, filling it with chocolate.
