  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/4 cups wheat bran
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cups San Juan® egg whites
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cups plain yogurt, Light
  • raspberries, to decorate

  • In a bowl, mix the wholemeal flour with the oats, the wheat bran, the baking powder, the orange zest, the vanilla essence, the cinnamon powder, the honey, the San Juan® egg whites, the milk and the yoghurt light.
  • Pour enough on a waffle maker, cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
  • Decorate with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and serve with honey.
