Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of oats
  • 1/4 of Cup of wheat bran
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 5 spoonfuls of bee honey
  • 1/3 of Cup of San Juan® egg whites
  • 1/2 Cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup of natural yoghurt Light
  • to taste of raspberry to decorate
  • to taste of blueberry to decorate
  • to taste of Strawberry to decorate
  • to taste of honey to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the wholemeal flour with the oats, the wheat bran, the baking powder, the orange zest, the vanilla essence, the cinnamon powder, the honey, the San Juan® egg whites, the milk and the yoghurt light.
    Pour enough on a waffle maker, cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
    Decorate with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and serve with honey.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate, accompanied with fresh fruit and honey.

    TIPS

    You can place the waffle mixture in a dispenser and in this way it is easier to pour.
