  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/4 cups wheat bran
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 5 tablespoons bee honey
  • 1/3 cups San Juan® Egg White
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cups natural yogurt, Light
  • to taste raspberry, to decorate
  • to taste blueberry, to decorate
  • to taste strawberry, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the wholemeal flour with the oats, the wheat bran, the baking powder, the orange zest, the vanilla essence, the cinnamon powder, the honey, the San Juan® egg whites, the milk and the yoghurt light.
Pour enough on a waffle maker, cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Decorate with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and serve with honey.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, accompanied with fresh fruit and honey.
