Waffles for breakfast are always tempting for everyone, so prepare this delicious recipe with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberries. They are very original, and the combination with Nutella® and fruit is a great option for your children's breakfast.
1/4 cups chocolate chips, for the chocolate mixture
5 tablespoons cocoa powder, for the chocolate mixture
2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the vanilla mixture
1/4 cups white chocolate chips, for the vanilla mixture
1 drop food coloring, yellow, for the vanilla mixture
1/4 cups strawberries, diced, for the strawberry mixture
1 drop food coloring, pink, for the strawberry mixture
4 tablespoons Nutella®, (18 g each) to serve

For the waffles: In a bowl, mix all the waffle ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, divide into 3 and set aside.
To one of the bowls, add the cocoa powder; to the other, mix the vanilla extract with the yellow dye and white chocolate chips; to the last, mix the strawberries with the pink dye, and set aside.
In a greased waffle maker, place the 3 mixtures to form a Neapolitan waffle. Close and cook until fully done.
Spread the waffles with a little Nutella® on top, avoiding the edges, and place the fruits of your choice on the side. Serve with a glass of milk and another of juice.
