Neapolitan Waffles with Nutella

The waffles for breakfast always seem to us all, so prepare this delicious recipe with chocolate, vanilla and strawberries. They are very original and the combination with Nutella® and fruit is a good choice for your children's breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 100 grams of Butter melted
  • 1/4 of Cup of chocolate spark for the chocolate mix
  • 5 spoonfuls of chocolate powder for the chocolate mix
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla for the vanilla blend
  • 1/4 of Cup of white chocolate spark for the vanilla blend
  • 1 drop of Vegetable coloring yellow, for the vanilla blend
  • 1/4 of Cup of Strawberry cut into cubes, for strawberry mix
  • 1 drop of Vegetable coloring rose, for strawberry mix
  • 4 spoonfuls of Nutella® (18 gc / u) to serve
  • to taste of fruit To accompany

    Preparation

    For waffles: In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the waffles until you get a homogeneous mixture, divide into 3 and reserve.
    To one of the bowls add the chocolate powder, in the other mix the essence of vanilla with the yellow dye and the sparks of white chocolate, in the other mix the strawberries with the pink dye, reserve.
    In a greased waffle maker, place the 3 mixes in a way to form a "Neapolitan waffle". Close and cook until it is completely cooked.
    Spread the waffles with a little Nutella® on top without reaching the edges, place the fruits of your preference on one side. Serve accompanied by a glass of milk and another of juice.
