  • 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups butter, in cubes, cold
  • 1 cup yogurt, Greek
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, in slices
  • 1/4 cups mandarin orange wedges
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cups raspberries, in halves
  • 1/4 cups peach, in slices, with skin

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • For the crumble, roughly chop the almonds with a knife. Mix in a bowl with the sugar, cinnamon, butter, and flour, being careful not to overwork it.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool down.
  • On a cutting board, slice peaches and strawberries.
  • In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the vanilla and orange zest.
  • Assemble the cups by placing a bit of yogurt in each one, add the crumble followed by the fruits, and repeat until you form two layers or fill the cup. Garnish with mint and enjoy.
