If you've never had zucchini bread, it might sound like a strange idea, but... this bread is delicious and sweet! In fact, it doesn't taste like zucchini at all, and it has a wonderful flavor.

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 cups water
2 cups zucchini, grated
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup walnuts, zucchini-bread

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar.
In another bowl, mix the oil, eggs, water, zucchini, and lemon juice.
Add the wet ingredients (oil, etc.) to the dry ingredients (flour, etc.).
Add the walnuts and stir just a little until combined.
Pour the mixture into two elongated, greased, and floured loaf pans.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
