  • 750 grams sugar 750 grams sugar
  • 500 milliliters water 500 milliliters water

  • In a saucepan, add water and sugar, stirring until combined.
  • Once the caramel boils, add the peanuts and start stirring constantly to prevent the caramel from burning while it caramelizes.
