1 kilo toasted peanuts
750 grams sugar
500 milliliters water

In a saucepan, add water and sugar, stirring until combined.
Once the caramel boils, add the peanuts and start stirring constantly to prevent the caramel from burning while it caramelizes.
Place and spread the candied peanuts on star-shaped or greased paper to cool.
