  • 1 cup corn masa flour
  • 1/4 cups mole paste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup water, warm
  • Mexican red rice, to accompany
Preparation

  • Mix the flour, mole, and salt until combined.
  • Pour the water gradually and mix until obtaining a homogeneous dough that does not stick.
  • Take a portion of dough and press with the tortilla press.
  • Cook the tortillas in a skillet for 2 minutes on both sides or until well-cooked.
  • Serve the tortillas and accompany with red rice.
