Alfredo Chicken with Bacon

  • 5 slices bacon, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Cook the bacon. Once the bacon is well cooked, add the onion and garlic. Once the onion is translucent, turn off the heat and in a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese, and parsley.
  • Season the breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Make a small opening in each breast and fill with the mixture we made earlier.
  • Dredge, beat an egg, and dip the breasts in the egg. Coat them with breadcrumbs. Fry on low heat.
