Chops with potatoes and onion in a spicy sauce, I call them angry because they are a bit spicy, but the spicy flavor gives it a delicious touch, I love them!
The potatoes are sliced and fried until they are crispy, it doesn't matter if the potatoes are unpeeled.
Each pork chop is fried until it has a nice crispy appearance.
Once the chops are fried, they are diced into small cubes and the onion is sliced.
In a skillet, mix the taquera sauce (only half if you don’t want it too spicy) along with the onion slices, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, the cup of water, the potatoes, and the diced chop.
Cover and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to integrate the flavors, stirring occasionally.
