5 tablespoons sea salt
1 bottle beer

Tenderize the meat by pounding it with a meat mallet or hammer.
Marinate with sea salt and beer for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
Heat the charcoal grill.
Grill the meat based on the desired doneness (15 minutes is recommended).
Remove the meat from the fire and cut into 4 pieces, serve.
