Cut the chops into individual portions and place in a rectangular roasting dish.
In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, jam, honey, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chops.
Cover the dish with the chops with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, flip the chops, cover again, and cook for 30 more minutes.
Remove the chops from the oven and serve on a platter. With a spoon, remove the fat from the sauce and pour the sauce over the chops.
