Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

This bacon-wrapped chicken recipe is made on the grill and requires marinating for 4 hours in a teriyaki sauce, white wine, and garlic.

  • 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce, store-bought
  • 1/4 cups dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 slices bacon

  • Mix the teriyaki sauce, wine, and garlic in a pyrex dish.
  • Add the chicken to the marinade and let it coat well. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours to absorb the flavors.
  • Prepare the grill over medium-high heat (or the broil setting of the oven).
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, sprinkle with salt, and wrap each breast with two slices of bacon. Secure with soaked toothpicks.
  • Cook for 15 minutes on the grill until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
