  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • 1 tablespoon basil, dry

  • Lay a bed of bacon on a board and season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Add two to three cheese sticks at the corner of the cutlet, then wrap with the bacon, forming a roll. Fry the chicken breasts in a pan for 5 minutes, covering them. Set aside.
  • Add olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic, then add the tomato puree, basil, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped breasts on a serving plate and accompany with the tomato sauce.
