The night before, place the ribs in a pyrex dish along with the barbecue sauce and coat them in the sauce. Let them marinate overnight.
The next day, take the ribs and wrap them in aluminum foil (along with the sauce) and seal them well so that they are covered in the foil like little packages.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
Place the rib packages in the oven on a baking tray for two hours.
After 2 hours, remove them from the oven and place them on the grill over medium-high heat.
Brush with more barbecue sauce on the grill and let them caramelize on the outside a bit, about 10 minutes on each side.
Cut into individual portions and serve.
