Surprise your guests with this delicious BBQ chicken salad recipe, which is prepared with a rich combination of Freshly by EVA® Sesame Ginger Salad, yellow corn, black beans, cheddar cheese, and a tasty sesame dressing.
Cook the brown sugar with the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a pot. Season with salt, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until thickened.
Brush the chicken with the homemade BBQ sauce you prepared and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Cook the chicken on each side for 10 minutes over medium heat on a grill. Slice into strips and set aside.
