Ingredients: 1/4 cups brown sugar; 2 cups ketchup; 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; 2 tablespoons paprika; 1 tablespoon onion powder; 1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper; 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; salt; 2 cups Freshly by EVA® Ginger Sesame Salad; 1 cup black beans, drained; 1/4 cups red onion, in thin slices; 1/4 cups cilantro, finely chopped; 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded; 1/2 cups yellow corn, shucked

Cook the brown sugar with the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a pot. Season with salt, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until thickened. Brush the chicken with the homemade BBQ sauce you prepared and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Cook the chicken on each side for 10 minutes over medium heat on a grill. Slice into strips and set aside.
