Alambre is a traditional way to eat meats and poultry in Mexico where the meat is cooked accompanied by onion, bell pepper, and other vegetables. This alambre recipe contains beef, chorizo, bell pepper, onion, and spices.
In a hot skillet, heat the oil and fry the bell pepper and onion cut into approximately 1 cm cubes.
Add a tablespoon of chicken broth powder, when it starts to brown, add the chopped garlic and the crumbled chorizo, fry until the chorizo is well cooked.
Remove the mixture from the heat and place it in a separate container.
In the same skillet, cook the beef steak with salt and pepper to taste until it is cooked to medium doneness.
Remove the steak from the heat and cut into approximately 1 cm x 1 cm cubes.
Mix all the ingredients again in the skillet and let season for 5 minutes.
Serve over a bed of rice.
