Beef Burger

Ground beef for burgers is the most traditional, as it helps keep it juicy and delicious. Remember that the type of cut is important, as it will be tastier depending on the amount of fat and the cooking method you apply.

  • 250 grams ground beef, rib eye
  • 250 grams bacon, in piece
  • 1 envelope Maggi® Juicy Skillet® for Hamburger
  • burger bun
  • American cheese, American type
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • onion
  • French fries, to accompany

  • Mix the ground beef with the bacon using your hands; the fat will help the meat bind together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Take a packet of Maggi® Juicy in the Pan® for Burgers, wrap a piece of meat with the packet, and press to infuse the flavor. Place the seasoned meat in a hot skillet, cooking the piece for 8 minutes on each side over medium-low heat. Once the meat has been flipped twice, open the packet and place a slice of manchego cheese and a slice of yellow cheese on top, allowing it to melt with the heat. Remove from the skillet. Repeat until all the meat is cooked.
  • Assemble the burger with bread, ketchup, mustard, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Serve with French fries.
