For rib lovers, we present this incredible recipe for marinated beef ribs with brown sugar, garlic, and chili powder, accompanied by a delicious 3 chili sauce that makes the perfect combination. They turn out super juicy, give them a try!
3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for marinating
1/4 cups raw sugar, for marinating
2 tablespoons onion powder, for marinating
1/2 cups olive oil, for marinating
2 kilos beef rib
1/4 cups coarse salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, for the marinade and to sear the ribs
1 white onion, cut into pieces, for the marinade
7 cloves garlic, for the marinade
1 tomato, cut into eighths
1 tomatillo, cut into pieces
5 ancho chiles, cleaned and seedless for the marinade
10 chipotle chiles, cleaned and seedless for the marinade
5 morita chiles, cleaned and seedless for the marinade
1 teaspoon allspice berry, for the marinade
1 teaspoon cumin, for the marinade
1/2 teaspoons clove, for the marinade
1/4 cinnamon sticks, for the marinade
1 tablespoon oregano, for the marinade
1/4 cups apple cider vinegar, for the marinade
1 cup ale beer, for the marinade
1 pinch salt, for the marinade
4 ears corn, for baking with the ribs, halved

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Place the ribs in a container and add the chili powder, pepper, garlic, sugar, onion, and olive oil, coat the ribs completely on both sides and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Heat a deep skillet over high heat and sear the ribs on both sides with a tablespoon of oil, season with coarse salt, remove from the skillet and set aside. Wash with Salvo® more power*, expert grease cutter. *vs Salvo Cleaning and Care
For the sauce, in the same skillet heat the rest of the oil, cook the onion, garlic, tomato, and tomato until softened, add the chiles, pepper, cumin, clove, cinnamon, oregano, apple cider vinegar, and dark beer, season to taste and cook stirring constantly until the liquid reduces almost completely, remove the preparation and cool slightly.
Blend the sauce for 3 minutes until smooth, divide the sauce in half and set aside.
Strain half of the sauce you reserved and cook in a small pot over medium heat for 10 minutes or until thickened.
On a tray lined with aluminum foil, place the ribs and cover with the uncooked sauce, close the aluminum foil, place the corn and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for about an hour, turning the corn occasionally.
Remove from the oven, cut the ribs and serve with the corn and remaining sauce.
