2 boxes Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato sauce, 210 grams
1 cup canned pineapple, cut into cubes
1 Jalapeño chile, fresh, sliced

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it slightly changes color, add the garlic and beef tips, season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, allspice, and cook for 10 minutes; then add the baby potatoes and cook for 5 more minutes, pour in the Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato puree, cover, and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the canned pineapple, jalapeño pepper, bay leaves, and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Serve in a deep plate accompanied by black beans and tortillas.
