Beef Steak in Bean and Arbol Chile Sauce

This exquisite beef steak recipe is a gem for the palate.

  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cups pinto beans, refried
  • 6 árbol chiles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bullion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • cream cheese
  • beef tenderloins, , 12 medallions of 100 g each

  • Heat in a pan with olive oil.
  • Sear the beef medallions in the pan for 2 min. on each side, remove, and set aside.
  • Add the onion to the same uncleaned pan, let it fry for 3 min. until it turns a dark golden color.
  • Add the arbol chiles and let them fry for 1 min. and set aside.
  • Blend the beans, fried onion along with the chiles, chicken bouillon powder, chicken broth, and Kraft® Philadelphia® cream cheese perfectly.
  • Serve the seared beef medallions in a baking dish and add the hot sauce.
