  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 beef tenderloins, into medallions
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch chile powder
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

  • For the spinach, heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, add the garlic, the spinach, and cook until softened. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Heat the remaining butter and sear the seasoned medallions. Baste the steaks with the butter, cooking for 10 to 18 minutes depending on your desired doneness.
  • Remove the beef steak from the heat and serve with the spinach. Grate some parmesan cheese and sprinkle a bit of chili seeds on top. Enjoy.
