Beef Stew with Mushrooms

Delicious beef stew recipe accompanied by mushrooms.

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 ladles beef broth, trimmed
  • 800 grams beef tenderloin
  • 1 onion, small, chopped
  • 5 shallots, chopped
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 leaves bay
  • 2 sprigs chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • Trim the beef tenderloin and then slice it. Season to taste!
  • Boil a ladle of beef broth, add chopped shallots, green onions, and onion.
  • Cook for 3 minutes and then add the beef medallions.
  • Mix the meat with the previously added vegetables and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
  • Add the two tablespoons of leftover beef, bay leaves, thyme sprigs, lemon juice, and season to taste!
  • When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer.
  • Then cook for 5 minutes while maintaining a gentle simmer and add the mushrooms.
  • Continue stirring for another 20 minutes; before the 20 minutes are up, dissolve the cornstarch in water and add it to the pot.
  • Wait until the sauce thickens, cover the pot for a few minutes, and serve!
