1.5 kilos beef tongue
30 corn tortillas
1 onion
1 bunch fresh cilantro
5 lemons
2 cups green salsa

Place the tongue in a pot with water over medium heat for approximately 2 and a half hours.
When the tongue is cooked, remove it from the water and clean it by removing the cartilage. With a sharp knife, slice it into thin slices.
Heat the tortillas and serve the tacos.
