Delicious beef tongue tacos accompanied by cheese and sauce.

  • 1.5 kilos beef tongue
  • 30 corn tortillas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 5 lemons
  • 2 cups green salsa

  • Place the tongue in a pot with water over medium heat for approximately 2 and a half hours.
  • When the tongue is cooked, remove it from the water and clean it by removing the cartilage. With a sharp knife, slice it into thin slices.
  • Heat the tortillas and serve the tacos.
