Cut the beef steak into strips, clean the nopales and cut them into cubes. Boil the nopales in a pot with water, salt, and a piece of onion. Drain and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil, sauté the onion (until it turns transparent), add the nopales and mix.
Add the strips of beef and season with a little salt and pepper, cover the skillet and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
