1/2 kilos veal, cut into small cubes
1 orange bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 1/4 red onions, cut into thin strips
12 cherry tomatoes
fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Hummus Libanius®, of red pepper and basil
6 Libanius® pita breads
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper

Cut the vegetables, heat the skillet, and season the previously cut meat with salt and pepper.
Place the olive oil and vegetables in the skillet to start cooking, add the meat, and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add the previously chopped tomatoes and a little salt.
Heat the pita bread, spread hummus, and place the meat on top.
Sprinkle cilantro on top and you're done.
