Arab Tacos

  • 1/2 kilos veal, cut into small cubes
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/4 red onions, cut into thin strips
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Hummus Libanius®, of red pepper and basil
  • 6 Libanius® pita breads
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • pimentón

  • Cut the vegetables, heat the skillet, and season the previously cut meat with salt and pepper.
  • Place the olive oil and vegetables in the skillet to start cooking, add the meat, and let it cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the previously chopped tomatoes and a little salt.
  • Heat the pita bread, spread hummus, and place the meat on top.
  • Sprinkle cilantro on top and you're done.
