This dish is very easy and delicious. Well known in Mexico, it is a must-have in a Mexican restaurant or taquería; it is an unmissable, simple dish to make, and full of flavor. I share the instructions so you can prepare and enjoy it.
Chop the onion and peppers into pieces almost the same size as the meat.
Chop the green chili into small pieces.
Cut the bacon and ham into cubes of approximately 1 cm
Cut the sausage into small pieces and crumble the chorizo well.
In a spacious skillet, add a little oil. When it is heated, add the pieces of meat, bacon, ham, sausage, and chorizo, until they are half cooked.
Add all the chopped vegetables: onion, bell pepper, chili, and garlic. Continue frying, stirring occasionally, until everything is cooked to your liking.
Add salt and just before serving the alambre, place the Oaxaca cheese on top so it melts over the mixture of meat and vegetables.
