2 cups arugula
100 grams Parmesan cheese, in slices
4 limes, its juice
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic

In a deep bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Add the arugula salad and mix.
Place the beef slices on a large platter and top them with the slices of Parmesan cheese.
