  • 2 cups arugula
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese, in slices
  • 4 limes, its juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

  • In a deep bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Add the arugula salad and mix.
  • Place the beef slices on a large platter and top them with the slices of Parmesan cheese.
