Beef Stir-Fry Tacos

The recipe for beef stir-fry tacos is a delicious Peruvian taco dish.

  • 8 tortillas
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 500 grams beef tenderloin, or loin meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomatillo
  • 1 yellow ají
  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • salt
  • red wine vinegars
  • parsley
  • soy sauce, or soy sauce

  • Fry garlic and meat cut into cubes and strips in hot vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Remove the meat.
  • Sauté the onion and tomato cut into long thick strips for 5 minutes. Add the yellow chili cut into long strips.
  • Mix the sautéed onion, meat, salt, pepper, cumin, soy sauce, red vinegar, and sprinkle chopped parsley... over the warm tortillas.
