1 tomatillo
1 yellow ají
1 teaspoon ground garlic
pepper

red wine vinegars

Fry garlic and meat cut into cubes and strips in hot vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Remove the meat.
Sauté the onion and tomato cut into long thick strips for 5 minutes. Add the yellow chili cut into long strips.
Mix the sautéed onion, meat, salt, pepper, cumin, soy sauce, red vinegar, and sprinkle chopped parsley... over the warm tortillas.
