Burger with Homemade BBQ Sauce

This burger is a great option to share with friends on a grilling afternoon. It has juicy meat with Parmesan cheese covered in homemade BBQ sauce grilled and accompanied by lettuce and avocado.

  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for the meat

  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for the meat
  • 1 egg, for the meat
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the meat
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil, for the meat
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce, for the sauce
  • 11/2 tablespoons sugar, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 burger buns

  • For the meat, mix all the ingredients and form burgers with your hands.
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients until you have a smooth mixture. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat in a skillet and fry each burger until cooked, basting with the BBQ sauce.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing the meat on the bun over lettuce and avocado. Serve.
