  • 300 grams ground meat
  • 150 grams bacon, sliced
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 20 leaves fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 pinches table salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper
  • 6 leaves fresh spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 2 leaves Romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 10 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 avocados pulp
  • 2 serrano chiles, finely sliced
  • 2 hamburger buns
