Turn on the gas or charcoal grill. In a large bowl, mix the meat, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and all the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Combine the blackberries, brown sugar, Black Raspberry Balsamic and Ginger, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the liquid reaches a good thick consistency. If the mixture is still too thin, cook it longer, and if it becomes too thick, add more water.
After the meat has marinated for 10 minutes, divide it into 3 equal-sized burger portions. Set the grill to medium-high heat. Using a brush, apply a layer of the black raspberry and ginger glaze on each side of the burger. Cook for 4-7 minutes on each side. Once flipped, spread more black raspberry glaze.
