Black Raspberry and Ginger Burger

  • Turn on the gas or charcoal grill. In a large bowl, mix the meat, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and all the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  • Combine the blackberries, brown sugar, Black Raspberry Balsamic and Ginger, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the liquid reaches a good thick consistency. If the mixture is still too thin, cook it longer, and if it becomes too thick, add more water.
  • After the meat has marinated for 10 minutes, divide it into 3 equal-sized burger portions. Set the grill to medium-high heat. Using a brush, apply a layer of the black raspberry and ginger glaze on each side of the burger. Cook for 4-7 minutes on each side. Once flipped, spread more black raspberry glaze.
